Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our practice does not directly accept insurance, which allows us to provide a higher level of personalized care. By not being restricted by insurance guidelines, we have the freedom to tailor your treatment to your specific needs without limitations on session length, type of therapy, or frequency of appointments. This flexibility ensures that you receive the most effective and individualized care possible.

We understand the importance of making mental health care accessible and are happy to provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. A superbill is an itemized receipt that includes important information about the services you’ve received, such as the provider’s details, session dates, and the costs involved. You can submit this document to your insurance company for potential reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.

We encourage you to check with your insurance provider to understand the details of your out-of-network coverage. Our team is here to support you through this process and answer any questions you may have.

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable, but maintaining scheduled appointments is important for ensuring you receive the best possible care. • First No Show/Late Cancellation for Routine Therapy/Addictions Counseling: $75

    • First No Show/Late Cancellation for Medication Management Visits: $75

    • First No Show/Late Cancellation for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (60- or 90-minute session): $125

    • First No Show/Late Cancellation for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (120- or 150-minute session): $250

If you miss a second appointment within a 12-month period for any service, the fee will be the full price of the missed session.
